The Photo

The photo you provide for your Individual Forever Picture should be a nice "head shot" of yourself. If you are creating a Together Forever Picture, the photo you provide should be a "couples" picture. There are three ways to send us a photo:
  • Email:  myforeverpicture@gmail.com
  • USPS:  My Forever Picture, P. O. Box 347, Carolina Beach, NC 28428
  • The best way is to fill out the form below, and upload a digital image.
We will do everything we can to improve the photo you send us. For example, we may crop it to fit the Forever Picture better, or we may enhance the color, brightness, and contrast to improve the quality of the photo. Remember, you will be able to see the PROOF of your Forever Picture before it's printed and mailed to you.
