The Family Picture Wall Solution
When I was just a kid, I can remember looking at all of the pictures that hung on the family picture wall, and asking my parents who those people were. They willingly gave me their names, and told me how we were related. And they even shared some special memories about many of them.

Now that I am grown up, I have a family picture wall in my own house. In fact, some of the same pictures that were hanging in my childhood home are now on my picture wall. And sure enough, my kids and grand kids have asked me to identify many of those people. Like my Mom and Dad, I love telling my kids about them, and remembering what they were like when they were alive.

Then, I copied the narrative onto a piece of paper, and placed a picture of myself in the center.
